Delivery & Returns

All of our Pom Pom collars / necklaces are hand made. Once we have received your order items will be sent out within 10 working days (this will be quicker if we have Pom Poms ready to go). If you have selected a customised collar please allow up to 10 days for item to be dispatched. We will always work our very hardest to get your collars sent out as soon as possible. 

UK Deliveries

All standard orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class postage. You will be emailed shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched. 

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders, in this event please contact Royal Mail directly.

All European & International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard delivery. We are not responsible for any custom or tax charges for orders outside of the UK.

We do also offer Express Shipping which is Tracked & Signed for via Royal Mail.

Royal Mail 1st Class - £3.00, delivery time - 1 to 2 days after dispatch.

Royal Mail 2nd Class - £2.50, delivery time - 2 to 5 days after dispatch.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £5.99, delivery time - 24 hours after dispatch.

Royal Mail International Standard - £4.80, delivery time - 7 to 11 days after dispatch.

Express Shipping - £9.20, delivery time - 3 to 5 days after dispatch.

Royal Mail International Standard - £7.00, delivery time 7 to 10 days after dispatch.

Express Shipping - £10.20, delivery tome - 6 to 7 days after dispatch.

We are not responsible for any delays or missing orders as this is beyond our control. A dispatch email will always be sent once we have shipped the items. Please contact Royal Mail directly with any enquiries to missing orders. 

In the event that an order is returned to us due to incorrect address provided, we will be able to re send this out to you but additional postage will need to be paid.

No shipping costs are refunded at anytime. 

Please make sure you review our measurements guide fully before placing your order as all of our items are handmade for your pet and therefore are non returnable. 

If however your item is faulty, please contact us within 5 days of the item being received. The product MUST be returned within 14 days.

We will only refund returns that have been returned as the arrived (i.e. unworn and with the original packaging).

Once a return has been received we will process a refund within 5-10 working days. 

Please add your order number to your returns request so that we can process the refund promptly.

No accessory is indestructible. Please always check your pets accessories for signs of wear and tear.  

Colours may vary slightly from the pictures on the website due to all our Pom Poms being handmade. We endeavour to do our very best to ensure colours are uniform and match what is displayed on our website.
