What sizes are your Pom Poms?

Our standard Pom Poms are approx 1.5cm, Large Pom Poms approx 2cm. These are approximate sizes! All of our Pom Poms are handmade so there could be a slight variation in sizes, however we do our best to make them as uniform as possible. 

How do you clean the Pom Pom Collars?

All of our Pom Poms are made from 100% Wool so please keep this in mind if they do need a clean from your mucky pup! We suggest a light sponge with cool water to remove any dirt.

Where are your Pom Pom Collars made?

We lovingly hand make all of our Pom Pom Collars in Cornwall.

How do I know what size collar to order?

Our collar sizes range from XS to XXX Large (we can also make larger sizes - just drop us a message). Please refer to the size guide on the product description. We recommend measuring the neck of your pet to determine which size would be most appropriate. We ask that regardless of what size you select please enter your pets neck measurements in the additional comments box at the checkout adding 2cm so that we can make a collar that is the perfect fit for your pet.

Can I customise an order?

Yes! We love a custom order. 

If you would like to design your own collar please select the 'Custom Pom Pom collar' option. Here you can select the Pom Pom colours and Pom Pom size you would like your collar to be made with!

How do the Pom Pom Collars Fasten?

Our collars are hand made and threaded onto elastic so do not fasten like a traditional collar. They are put on by slipping the collar over the pets head to sit on their necks. 

Our collars are not designed to have a lead etc attached to them, they are an accessory not a functional dog walking aid.

How Strong are your Beaded Dog Leads?

Our handmade beaded dog leads are made using industrial strength materials - they can hold 60kg at full pulling force.

Where are your products made?

All of our handmade products are made right here in our home in Cornwall. We also design all of our harness collections in house too. 

Are your Beaded dog leads waterproof?

Yes! Our beaded dog leads are waterproof, made using BPA free silicone beads making them 100% dog friendly, odour proof and rinse clean.

How do I clean my beaded lead?

Simply rinse under water or for muckier pups wipe over with soapy water.

I want to create a beaded lead to match a harness, is this possible? 

Yes, absolutely! If there isn't a pre designed lead that matches what you are looking for select our "Create your own beaded lead option" and select the colours you would like. If you're not sure what colour would match, drop us a message via our shop chat and we can work out together.
